All Special Orders Have An Estimated Lead Time of 3-5 Weeks Due to Covid-19 Shut Downs!

Norcold Special Order Lead TImes Have Been Extended:

We are still processing special orders for non-stock items like normal but the estimated lead times for each and every special order has been extended to 3-5 weeks. This is due to several factors. Unfortunately, Thetford/ Norcold had to shut down for over a month due to Covid-19 at the beginning of the RV season. Dealers and service centers across the country quickly ran out of their Norcold inventory (and the inventory of most other manufacturers) without the ability to replenish their inventory as the season ramped up. 

This isn't ideal, we understand. This isn't a great situation for any of us here but it's the reality of the industry right now and we have to simply wait on the manufacturing process of parts necessary to get your refrigerator back up and working! If you are unable to wait the 3-5 weeks, we understand, but we ask that you not place an order in hopes that it will arrive sooner. That causes an excess of unnecessary customer service, refunds, and elongates the typical turnaround time that Norcold is estimating your order to arrive within. 

If you still decide to place your order with us, we ask that you please wait until the 3-5 week lead time has been reached before you call to check on your order. We are experiencing high call volumes this year, higher than any year we've faced yet. While we work to deal with customers as quickly as we can, we ask that you please be patient with this process.
